Quick Note on IE11 Support
After lots of consideration and analysis we have decided to drop support for Internet Explorer 11 in OpsAdmin starting with our next release (2018-06). This only applies to the admin part of the system. My Account and the wizards will keep supporting IE11.
We think this is for the best as IE11 is a 5 years old browser with little to no support from Microsoft. It has never been updated in the last couple of years which translates in no support of newer technologies, updates of coding languages nor performance improvements.
The global comparisons done between browsers show that IE11 is around 30% slower than the rest of the browsers and only supports 10% of the technologies created and standardized in the last 5 years. Keeping support for IE11 translates in considerably longer development cycles, a heavier system and lower performance.
As we said at the beginning, for the time being this will only apply to the admin site but keep in mind that eventually it will be necessary to follow the same row with the Wizards and My Account sites, although we don't expect this happening until the end of 2019.

Features & Fixes Details
Added the third level of pages to the menu
We finally got to integrate all the levels of the menu into the new design!!! =D. So we have gone from this:
To this ヽ(♡‿♡)ノ
The behavior of the menu is the same, except that now a new level will popup when needed. But this doesn’t mean that you now will be forced to go through the three levels to enter to, for example, Enrollments or Commodity Types. The second level will still take you to the page you are expecting, that way, clicking on Types Setup opens the Commodity Type, o Enrollment opens the Enrollment Manager.
But now you can enter directly to any of the other pages that were tied to those, son instead of opening Commodity Types, only to click Customer Types, now you can access it directly.
When there’s no need for a third level, it will stay hidden:
But it will show up to help you navigate:
As you may notice in the comparison, we also been toying with the fonts of the menu to deliver you a cleaner and more readable experience. And slightly reduced the height of each level of the menu to gain a little bit of vertical space for the content.
Finally, we fixed some issues that have been around for a while that would show up when opening several browser tabs of OpsAdmin at the same time or entering a page without using the buttons in the menu.
Improved search by phone in Rescind List so there’s no longer need to enter hyphen and parentheses
A mask was added to the phone filter. This way the user no longer need to enter hyphens of parentheses to search by phone. Simply inputting the numbers will work.
Added the ability to choose an autoresponder when re-sending an email as a letter
Added a threshold value to prevent Future Dated enrollments beyond a certain date
In the Market Manager the new field TimeFrame Window indicates the maximum amount of days in the future that a user can setup as the start date in an enrollment generated through Quick Enrollments.
For example, if we setup 2 days in the TimeFrame Window, when changing the Enrollment Dates, we will only be able to select the current date plus the next two days.
Updated LDC List to the 2.0 UI
Updated ETF Bill Manager to the 2.0 UI
Updated Reprint/ Resend Documents to the 2.0 UI
Updated Rejected Updates to the 2.0 UI
Updated Rescind List to the 2.0 UI
Added the ability to choose an autoresponder when re-sending an email as a letter
Now, the Resend Mail popup let’s the user select which Autoresponder to send when an email has to be sent as a letter.
Previously the system simply created the Letter by printing the email. Now, instead let’s the user send any autoresponder of an Autoresponder Package (Letter class) of the same Autoresponder Type as the original email.
Several improvements done to the Rescind List
Now the Rescind List has the new field Confirmation Number which can also be used as a Filter in this same screen. This field is related to the Enrollments processed through the Sales Importer.
When adding a new Rescind, if the utility and LDC combination already exists, the system informs about that but still let’s the user go ahead and save.
The Rescind list now also shows the Utility and the Rescind Reason column. They are also available in the Excel Export.
